Welcome to Ziveka Campus. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our website, registering for programmes, accessing learning resources, communicating with our team, and participating in our educational services.
By using the Ziveka Campus website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, making a payment, accessing the student portal, or using any of our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
Ziveka Campus provides foreign language education, professional development programmes, exam preparation support, student guidance services, online learning resources, digital learning materials, and related educational services.
Our programmes may include classroom based learning, online learning, blended learning, workshops, certificate programmes, language exam preparation, business language training, and customised learning solutions.
By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, register for a programme, access learning materials, or submit personal information through our online forms.
Ziveka Campus aims to provide accurate and updated information about programmes, course content, schedules, duration, fees, learning outcomes, and entry requirements.
However, course details may change from time to time due to academic, administrative, operational, lecturer availability, student demand, or technical reasons.
Ziveka Campus reserves the right to update course content, change schedules, revise learning methods, modify assessment formats, or adjust programme delivery where necessary.
Students may be required to provide accurate personal information during registration. This may include full name, contact number, email address, selected programme, academic background, identification details, and payment information where applicable.
Students are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Ziveka Campus is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Ziveka Campus may refuse, delay, or cancel enrolment if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or not suitable for the selected programme.
Course fees, registration fees, examination preparation fees, digital learning fees, certificate fees, or other charges will be communicated before or during the enrolment process.
Students must make payments according to the agreed payment method, deadline, and payment plan.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed access to classes, learning materials, student portal features, certificates, or other services.
Ziveka Campus reserves the right to update programme fees, promotional offers, discounts, or payment conditions at any time. Changes will not normally affect students who have already completed payment for a confirmed intake unless otherwise communicated.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, or course changes may be considered based on the nature of the programme, payment status, course commencement date, administrative costs, and the reason for the request.
Students must submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to Ziveka Campus.
Refunds may not be available after course access has been provided, classes have started, digital materials have been issued, or administrative processing has been completed.
Ziveka Campus reserves the right to review each refund request individually and make a final decision based on the circumstances.
Students are expected to attend classes, participate actively, complete assigned work, follow lecturer instructions, and maintain respectful communication with staff and other students.
For online classes, students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, suitable device, microphone, camera where required, and access to the relevant online platform.
Poor attendance, lack of participation, misconduct, or failure to meet course requirements may affect eligibility for certificates, assessments, academic support, or programme completion.
Ziveka Campus may provide students with access to a learning management system, student portal, online classroom, digital library, worksheets, recorded sessions, study materials, or downloadable resources.
Students must keep their login details confidential and must not share account access with others.
Unauthorised sharing, copying, recording, downloading, distributing, reselling, or misusing learning materials is strictly prohibited.
Ziveka Campus may suspend or remove access if a student misuses the platform, violates these terms, shares protected content, or engages in harmful activity.

Certificates may be issued only after the student successfully completes the required course activities, attendance requirements, assessments, assignments, payments, and administrative conditions.
Ziveka Campus reserves the right to withhold certificates if a student has not completed course requirements, has pending payments, or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
Certificate processing times may vary depending on the programme, verification process, and administrative workload.
