Welcome to Ziveka Campus. These Student Guidelines explain the expected standards, responsibilities, learning practices, and support procedures for all students who join our programmes.

By registering for a programme, attending classes, accessing the student portal, or using Ziveka Campus learning resources, students are expected to follow these guidelines.

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

These guidelines are designed to help students understand how to participate successfully in Ziveka Campus programmes. They support a respectful, professional, and productive learning environment for students, lecturers, and staff.

Students are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before starting their course.

2. Student Registration

Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This may include full name, contact number, email address, selected programme, academic background, and any other details required by Ziveka Campus.

Students should update the administration team if any contact details change during the course period.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay registration, student portal access, course communication, certificates, or administrative support.

3. Class Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.

Regular attendance helps students understand lessons properly, complete activities, participate in discussions, and prepare for assessments or exams.

If a student is unable to attend a class, they should inform the lecturer or student support team as early as possible.

Poor attendance may affect course progress, certificate eligibility, assessment participation, and access to academic support.

4. Punctuality

Students should join classes before the scheduled start time.

For online classes, students should check their internet connection, device, microphone, camera, and login access before the session begins.

Late attendance may disturb the learning environment and may affect participation records.

5. Online Class Guidelines

For online classes, students must use a suitable device, stable internet connection, and a quiet learning environment.

Students should keep their microphone muted when not speaking and follow lecturer instructions during the session.

Students are encouraged to keep the camera on when requested by the lecturer, especially during interactive activities, speaking practice, assessments, and presentations.

Students must not share class links, login details, recordings, or learning materials with anyone outside the registered class.

6. Student Portal Access

Ziveka Campus may provide student portal access for selected programmes.

The student portal may include course updates, class materials, worksheets, notices, digital resources, assessments, and other learning support.

Students must keep their login details private. Sharing student portal access with another person is strictly prohibited.

If a student has trouble logging in, they should contact the student support team with their registered name, email address, and programme name.

7. Learning Materials

Course materials provided by Ziveka Campus are for personal learning use only.

Students must not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, record, or share any notes, videos, worksheets, presentations, digital books, or other learning resources without written permission.

Unauthorised sharing of learning materials may result in suspension of access or other action by Ziveka Campus.

8. Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

Students should communicate politely with lecturers, classmates, administration staff, and support teams.

The following behaviour is not accepted:

Abusive or offensive language
Harassment or bullying
Discrimination or disrespectful behaviour
Disrupting classes or online sessions
Sharing false information
Misusing student groups or learning platforms
Recording classes without permission
Sharing private information of students, lecturers, or staff
Damaging the reputation of Ziveka Campus or its learning community

Ziveka Campus reserves the right to take appropriate action if a student violates expected conduct standards.

9. Communication with Ziveka Campus

Students should use official communication channels when contacting Ziveka Campus.

This may include email, phone, student portal messages, approved WhatsApp groups, or the website contact form.

Students should clearly mention their full name, programme name, and issue when requesting support.

Students are expected to respond to important academic or administrative messages within a reasonable time.

10. WhatsApp Groups and Online Communities

Ziveka Campus may create WhatsApp groups or online communities for class updates, reminders, student support, and learning communication.

Students must use these groups only for relevant academic and programme related communication.

Promotions, spam messages, unrelated content, offensive comments, political content, personal arguments, and unauthorised advertising are not allowed.

Ziveka Campus may remove students from groups if they misuse the communication platform.

11. Assignments and Assessments

Students must complete assignments, activities, presentations, quizzes, or assessments within the given deadlines.

Late submissions may not be accepted unless approval is given by the lecturer or administration team.

Students must complete their own work honestly. Plagiarism, copying, cheating, or submitting another person’s work is not allowed.

Assessment results and feedback may depend on the programme structure and lecturer evaluation process.

12. Exam Preparation Students

Students who join exam preparation programmes such as TOPIK, EPS TOPIK, HSK, HSKK, JLPT, DELF, DALF, or TORFL must follow the specific study plan, practice activities, mock tests, and preparation schedule provided by the lecturer.

Ziveka Campus may support students with preparation guidance, but official exam registration, exam dates, external exam results, and certificate issuing by external bodies may be controlled by the relevant examination authority.

13. Certificates

Certificates may be issued for selected programmes after successful completion of required attendance, course activities, assessments, payments, and administrative conditions.

Students must ensure that their name and personal details are correct before certificate processing.

Certificate corrections after issuing may require additional time and may involve administrative conditions.

Ziveka Campus reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not completed or payments are pending.

14. Payments and Fees

Students must complete course payments according to the agreed fee structure, payment method, and deadline.

Delayed payments may affect class access, student portal access, learning materials, certificate processing, or other student services.

Students should keep payment receipts or confirmation records for future reference.

15. Course Changes and Batch Transfers

Students who wish to change their programme, level, batch, or schedule should contact the administration team.

Course changes or batch transfers may depend on availability, lecturer approval, payment status, academic suitability, and administrative conditions.

Ziveka Campus cannot guarantee that all transfer requests will be approved.

16. Missed Classes

Students who miss a class should contact the lecturer or student support team.

Access to replacement classes, recordings, notes, or additional support may depend on the programme type, lecturer availability, and learning structure.

Students are responsible for catching up on missed lessons and completing pending work.

17. Technical Requirements

For online learning, students should have:

A working laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone
Stable internet connection
Microphone and speaker
Camera where required
Access to the required online class platform
Valid email address
Student portal login details where applicable

Ziveka Campus is not responsible for learning interruptions caused by student device issues, weak internet connection, power failures, or personal technical difficulties.

18. Respect for Lecturers and Staff

Lecturers and staff are committed to supporting students professionally.

Students are expected to respect lecturer time, class structure, teaching methods, and academic instructions.

Any concerns about a lecturer, class, or programme should be reported respectfully through official communication channels.

19. Academic Support

Students may request academic support if they face difficulty understanding lessons, using the student portal, accessing materials, or completing activities.

Support may be provided through lecturer guidance, student support communication, additional instructions, or administrative assistance depending on the situation.

20. Privacy and Personal Information

Students must respect the privacy of others.

Students must not share personal details, screenshots, recordings, photos, messages, or private information of lecturers, staff, or classmates without permission.

Ziveka Campus handles student information according to its Privacy Policy.

21. Safety and Responsibility

For physical classes or campus related activities, students must follow safety instructions, classroom rules, staff guidance, and any venue requirements.

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Ziveka Campus is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless required by applicable law.

22. Use of Ziveka Campus Name and Brand

Students must not use the Ziveka Campus name, logo, course materials, lecturer content, certificates, or brand assets for unauthorised promotions, business activities, false claims, or misleading communication.

Any public use of Ziveka Campus branding must receive written permission.

23. Disciplinary Action

If a student violates these guidelines, Ziveka Campus may take appropriate action depending on the seriousness of the issue.

This may include verbal warning, written warning, temporary suspension, removal from class groups, restriction of portal access, withholding certificates, cancellation of enrolment, or further action where necessary.

24. Updates to Student Guidelines

Ziveka Campus may update these Student Guidelines from time to time to improve learning quality, student support, online learning procedures, academic standards, or administrative processes.

Updated guidelines will be published on this page.
